Outsourcing the Helpline to boiler rooms in Mumbolastan is part of Bill Gate's plan to help the US economy.
Most of the taxi cab drivers in Seattle are Mumbolastani, if you look closely. They will now be returning to Mumbolastan to take high paying "Helpline" jobs with Microsoft Mumbolastan.
This will help the US economy by providing more taxicab jobs in Seattle, and it will also sell more computers and software in both the US and Mumbolastan.
It's a win-win all round.
